3. Orders
When you place an order, you are entering into an agreement with NUAR Fitness. Orders are confirmed after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors in product information, unavailability, or suspected misuse.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Secure payment options are available at checkout. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Prices may be updated periodically.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be carefully packed and shipped via trusted delivery partners. Expected delivery times and shipping costs depend on your location. For more information, see our Shipping Information page.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Changed your mind? No problem. For most standard products, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, please note that products made to order or customized specifically for you, such as finishes, color choices, or branding, are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.

7. Warranty & Quality Guarantee
Every NUAR Fitness product is made to last. We offer a two-year warranty covering material defects and craftsmanship. See our Warranty Policy for the full conditions and process.

8. Legal Limits of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
