Do you ship internationally?

Are NUAR products made to order?
Most of our products are made to order, allowing you to choose materials, finishes and configurations. Estimated production time is shown on each product page.

Can I return a custom product?
Custom-made items are not eligible for return, as they are made specifically for you. Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

What materials do you use?
We only use solid wood, stainless steel and genuine leather — selected for their quality, durability and timeless character.

How do I take care of my product?
Each item comes with a care kit and instructions. You can also find our full care guidelines on the Product Care Guide page.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. All NUAR products include a 24-month warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. Read more on our Warranty Policy page.

Can I request service after the warranty?
Absolutely. We offer repair and maintenance services even after the warranty period. See the Maintenance & Service page for details.

Is there an app available?
We are currently developing a NUAR app with access to your account, workouts and product-specific exercise libraries. Stay tuned.
