Changed Your Mind?
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. This does not apply if the item was made specifically for you.

Important: Custom-made items
Products that are made to order or customized, such as specific finishes, materials, colors, or branding, are excluded from the standard right of return, as stated under Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code. These items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Standard Return Process (for non-custom items)
If your product is not customized, you can return it under the following conditions:

– The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
– Return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt

Step-by-step:

  1. Email us at info@nuarfitness.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions

  3. Send the product back using a trackable shipping method

  4. After inspection, you will receive your refund within 7 working days

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or defective item.

We Deliver with Care
Large or made-to-order deliveries are handled with the utmost care. We do not leave until everything is set up and you are fully satisfied. That is part of the NUAR experience.
