NUAR products are built to last, but lasting performance requires the right support over time.

We offer ongoing service and maintenance options to ensure your product remains in top condition, year after year. From minor fixes to full restoration, we handle it with the same care as when it was first crafted.

Standard coverage
All NUAR products include a 24-month warranty for materials and craftsmanship. Repairs within this period are handled free of charge, as outlined in our Warranty Policy.

After-warranty support
Even after the warranty ends, we continue to offer:
– Repairs and refinishing services
– Replacement of worn components
– Cosmetic restoration (wood, steel, leather)
– Optional service subscriptions (coming soon)

On-location service
For larger installations, we provide on-site inspection and care, either as scheduled maintenance or upon request. We aim to keep your NUAR setup looking as refined as the day it arrived.
